All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
Subscription Plans
JewelTech offers various subscription plans (Lite, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and pricing. Each plan is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) as per your selection.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your current billing period
No Partial Refunds
Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. You will retain access to the service through the end of your paid billing period.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For first-time subscribers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
