AI Designer

What is AI Designer?

AI Designer uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate unique jewelry designs based on your text descriptions. You can specify the type of jewelry, materials, style, and other details, and the AI will create multiple design options for you to choose from.

How do I create my first design?

1. Go to AI Designer from the sidebar. 2. Select a jewelry type (Ring, Necklace, etc.). 3. Choose a style (Bridal, Minimalist, Traditional, etc.). 4. Pick your metal and gemstone preferences. 5. The AI auto-generates a prompt based on your selections - you can edit it if you like. 6. Click 'Generate' and wait for your designs!

What is a Blueprint?

A Blueprint is a technical drawing of your jewelry design with exact measurements and specifications. It's what you'd give to a jeweler or CAD designer to manufacture the piece. Blueprints include front, side, and top views with dimensions.

What does 'Decor' category mean?

The 'Decor' category (previously called Artifact) is for non-wearable jewelry items like idols, trophies, decorative ornaments, religious artifacts, and display pieces. Use this for anything that isn't worn on the body.

Can I edit a design after generating it?

Yes! After generating, you can refine your design by adjusting the gemstone count or adding more details to your description. Click 'Apply Changes' to regenerate with your modifications. Your original designs are saved in your Dashboard.

4
Virtual Try-On

What is Virtual Try-On?

Virtual Try-On allows customers to see how jewelry looks on them before purchasing. Upload a photo or use your camera, and our AI will realistically overlay the jewelry on the image, showing how it would look when worn.

How do I use Virtual Try-On?

1. Go to Virtual Try-On from the sidebar. 2. Upload a photo of yourself (hand, neck, ear, or full body). 3. Upload or select a jewelry image. 4. Select the jewelry type. 5. Click 'Generate AI Try-On'. The AI will place the jewelry realistically on your photo.

What kind of photos work best?

For best results: use well-lit photos, ensure the area where jewelry will be placed is clearly visible (hand, neck, ear), avoid blurry images, and use photos with neutral backgrounds. The AI works best with clear, front-facing shots.

5
QC Inspector

How does QC Inspector work?

QC Inspector uses AI-powered computer vision to detect defects and quality issues in jewelry pieces. Upload photos of your jewelry, and the system will analyze them for scratches, dents, color inconsistencies, and other defects with detailed reports.

What is the difference between CAD and Image mode?

CAD mode: Upload 3D design files (.STL, .STEP, etc.) for geometry validation and structural analysis before manufacturing. Image mode: Upload photos of finished pieces for visual defect detection after manufacturing.

What do the defect severity levels mean?

Low: Minor cosmetic issue, barely visible. Medium: Noticeable but may be acceptable. High: Significant issue that should be fixed before selling. Critical: Major flaw that makes the item unsellable.

What is Triage?

After inspection, you decide what happens next: Accept (item passes QC and can be sold), Rework (send back to fix the selected defects), or Escalate (needs supervisor review for borderline cases).

What is Geometry Validation?

Geometry Validation analyzes your 3D CAD files to ensure they can be manufactured properly. It checks wall thickness, structural integrity, and identifies potential issues before you send to production - saving time and money.

6
Cost Estimator

How does Cost Estimator work?

Cost Estimator calculates production costs based on metal weight, gemstones, and labor. It uses live market prices for metals and provides a detailed breakdown of material costs, labor, and your profit margin.

What is Markup?

Markup is your profit margin added on top of material and labor costs. For example, if materials + labor = ₹10,000 and you set 30% markup, the final price would be ₹13,000. Adjust markup based on your business model.

What is Labor Complexity?

Labor complexity affects how much craftsman time is charged: Simple (basic assembly), Moderate (standard work), Complex (intricate details), Intricate (highly detailed handwork). Higher complexity = more labor cost.

Why use CAD mode vs AI Image mode?

CAD mode gives precise weight calculations from your 3D file. AI Image mode estimates dimensions from photos - useful when you only have images but less accurate than CAD. Use CAD for production-ready quotes.

7
XRF & Hallmarking

What is XRF testing?

XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) is a non-destructive method to verify metal purity. It determines the exact composition of your jewelry metal - for example, confirming that '22K gold' actually contains 91.67% gold.

What is Hallmarking?

Hallmarking is an official certification stamp that verifies metal purity. In India, BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) hallmarking is mandatory for gold jewelry. A hallmark proves your jewelry meets purity standards.

8
Other Features

How does 3D Generation work?

Our 3D Generation feature converts your 2D jewelry designs into photorealistic 3D models. You can rotate, zoom, and inspect the model from all angles. The 3D models are production-ready and can be exported in various formats.

What export formats are supported?

Export formats vary by plan. The Free plan supports PNG images. Basic includes PNG and PDF. Pro adds Excel and iJewel formats. Premium includes all formats plus custom export options. 3D models can be exported in GLB, OBJ, and STL formats.

Where are my designs saved?

All your designs are automatically saved and appear in 'My Designs' in the sidebar (Dashboard). Each design shows its progress through the 7 stages and you can continue working on any design at any time.

9
